| Safe Mode |
Safe mode is a diagnostic mode in the Windows operating system primarily used to
troubleshoot problems by running only a minimal set of services and device drivers
at boot up. |
| SCSI |
Also known as Small Computer System Interface, is a high-speed interface for hard
drives, CD-ROM drives, tape drives, and other devices.

| Serial Port |
A data I/O port on the computer where bits are transmitted one bit after the other
over a single wire. A serial port enables devices to link with the computer. This
is sometimes referred to as RS-232C or COM port. |
| SMTP |
Or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, is the standard e-mail protocol on the Internet.
It is a TCP/IP protocol which defines the message format and the message transfer
agent (MTA), which stores and forwards the mail. Due to SMTP's limited ability to
manage queues e-mail clients typically use other e-mail protocols such as POP to
retrieve mail. |

Also known as Server Message Block, is a communications protocol used by Windows
operating systems to support sharing of resources across a network.

A form of Malware which includes Browser Hijacking, Keyloggers, and gathering /
sending web browsing habits to a 3rd party. Spyware is one of the most common forms
of malware, and often slows the performance of your computer. |
