Kb: Also known as Kilobit (with a lowercase b), is an expression or value of measurement. One kilobit is equivalent to 1000 bits.

KB: Or KiloByte, is Expression used to describe the storage capacity or an amount of data. One kilobyte is equivalent to 1024 bytes.

Kerberos: A computer network authentication protocol that allows individuals which are communicating over an insecure network to confirm their identity to one another in a secure fashion.

Keygen: A program designed to generate serial numbers or key codes for a piece of software so that it can be used illegally and without purchasing it.

Keystroke Logger:  A program/virus which operates transparently in the background and records all of the users keystrokes. Once these keystrokes are logged, they are stored on the machine or automaically uploaded to a website to be used later by hackers.

KVM: Also known as a Keyboard-Video-Mouse switch,  is a device that connects two or more computers to a single keyboard, monitor and mouse.
