Email Alias: In a nutshell, an E-Mail alias is a forwarding e-mail address. Every e-mail alias that you create will forward e-mail on to an e-mail address that have specified. E-Mail aliases are most commonly used to create replacements for long or just hard to remember e-mail addresses.
EPS: An abbreviation for Encapsulated PostScript, is a file format that is generally used with IBM compatible computers and instructs a printer on how a file is to be printed.
ERD: Otherwise known as an Emergency Repair Disk, is a specially formatted non-bootable floppy disk designed to be used with an NTFS file system, and can be used to restore your computer to a bootable state if your registry is damaged.
Ethernet: Ethernet is a standard communications protocol which is embedded in software and hardware devices, and intended for building a local area network or LAN.  Ethernet was designed by Bob Metcalfe in 1973 and became the standard model for LANs worldwide.
Event Viewer: The Event Viewer is a component of Microsoft Windows operating systems which lets users/administrators view the event logs on a local or remote machine.  Entries which are logged in the Event Logs can be either informational , warnings, or errors which provide more information about a problem you may be experiencing.
Executable File: A file which contains a program that is ready to be executed or run by a computer.
Extranet: An extranet is a website that is typically used by a company's employees and/or clients. These websites generally contain company or project specific information and allows the everyone involved to coordinate and communicate more effectively.
