Beep Codes: When a computer is booed up its BIOS performs a power-on self test, aslso known as POST, to test and verify the computers hardware to make sure all components are working properly. Most of the time if there is an error the POST will display an error message although if the BIOS detects an error before it can access the video card, or if there is a problem with the video card, it will play a series of beeps, and it is this pattern of beeps that indicates what kind of problem the BIOS has detected.

Bios: Also know as the Basic input/output system is many times referred to as CMOS. The BIOS provides an interface for a computer's hardware and software devices.  Within the bios is the configuration which determines how your hardware is accessed.

BitTorrent: BitTorrent is a popular peer-to-peer (P2P) communications protocol which is primarily used for file sharing.  Bittorrent clients are highly efficient with downloads because instead of downloading one full file over a single port it downloads pieces of the files using many different locations and ports.
